The person behind HARP
HARP is led by Donavan, an American technologist with over 10 years building, fixing and securing the systems people rely on, now bringing that standard to the Algarve. The accent travels; the work ethic doesn't change.
Before tech, he served in the U.S. Marine Corps, where the discipline, communication and do-it-right-the-first-time standard became second nature. He started HARP because he saw the same thing everywhere: good people stuck with slow, impersonal, overpriced support. So he built the opposite: a single point of contact who shows up, explains things clearly, and stands behind the result.
